NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR BANKING SERVICES – FIVE-YEAR CONTRACT COMMENCING JUNE 15, 2019
The Village of Byesvilleโs current depository agreement will expire on June 15th, 2019.
The Village of Byesville is currently accepting proposals from qualified financial institutions wishing to serve the Villageโs financial needs for active and interim funds for a five-year period commencing June 15th, 2019.
The Village of Byesville currently maintains two checking accounts and one interest-bearing sweep account.
If interested, please submit an application and memorandum of agreement to P.O. Box 8, Byesville, Ohio 43723. A copy of your institutionโs most recent financial institutions shall be submitted as well. Documents may be dropped off to the Byesville Village Hall, 221 E. Main Ave., Byesville, Ohio 43723, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
The last day to submit proposals is May 15th, 2019.

VILLAGE SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING
PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS PLANS FOR PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BYESVILLE VILLAGE PARK
The Byesville Village Council and the Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association (OMEGA) invite the public to hear plans for proposed improvements to Byesville Village Park.
The Village is seeking funding for two separate projects. The first project will request funding to add playground equipment to the park through the NatureWorks Grant Program, which is offered through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. The second project will include an application to the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), which is made available through the Ohio Department of Transportation. If awarded, TAP will provide funding for a walking trail in the park. The Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association will be assisting the Village Council with the NatureWorks and TAP grant applications for this project.
The Byesville Village Council and the Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association are hosting a public meeting on Wednesday, April 10 at 4:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend, offer commentary, and voice questions or concerns. The meeting will be held at the Municipal Building at 221 Main Street, Byesville, Ohio.
