32st Annual Byesville Rotary Scholarship Golf Tournament will take place May 6 with a 2 pm shotgun start at the Cambridge Country Club. Cost for the 3 man scramble is $55.00 per player or $165. per team. Proceeds will benefit Meadowbrook High School student scholarships. Byesville Rotary and Southern Med will be holding its 17th annual Health Screening on Friday, April 27, from 7:00-9:00 am, at the Main Avenue United Methodist Church activity building. Spaces are still open for appointments which are required. Call 740-435-2900 to make an appointment. The screening offers a Health Profile Screening Package for $60 and includes Complete Blood Count (CBC), Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Lipid Profile, and Hemoglobin A1C. Addition screenings available: Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)–$25.00 and Protrare Specific Antigen (PSA)–$25.00.

We would like to thank Assistant Chief Paul Patterson for 20 years of service to the Byesville Fire Department. Paul Paterson retired to spend additional time with his family. Paul will be missed greatly by his fire department family as well as all of Byesville who he kept safe during his reign.
