Pavilion dates from Monday- Friday do NOT reflect closed dates. Please contact us for those dates. To schedule the stage, pavilion, or concession stand please Contact Morgan Broom, tax clerk at 740-685-0800 ext. 3 or email mbroom@byesvilleoh.gov.

Pavilion rentals are from 8:00am – 7:00pm.  You must be done by 7:00pm so our staff can clean for next day’s rentals.

Prices are located below for easy identification.  Credit card payment only accepted online.  Payment by cash, check, money order, or credit card accepted in person at the Income Tax Department located within Village Hall – Monday through Thursday 8am – 4pm.

It is highly recommended that you call to confirm your reservation prior to the date of the event. 

The following fee schedule is adopted for use of facilities at the Byesville Village Park:

(a) Large Pavilion #1 – $70.00 per day $40.00 for 4 hours
(b) Medium Pavilion #2 – $55.00 per day $30 for 4 hours
(c) Small Pavilion #3 – $45.00 per day $25 for 4 hours
(d) Stage – $80.00 per day $50.00 for 4 hours.
(e) No fee shall be charged for school or church related activities occurring Monday through Thursday.
All parties renting the Village Park facilities described herein shall be responsible for obtaining security, when necessary.
